Missing seeing Gill from our front window every day, dashing about; always busy but never too busy to stop and chat. So rightly proud of her family, house, garden, appearance. A lovely, caring, vibrant neighbour and friend.

Memories of Aunty Gill
So many wonderful tiny childhood memories of ‘Aunty’ Gill, a loving godmother. Always blue sky and sunshine. Always smiles and generosity. Garden, swing-set, headscarf to make our “doo-doo” comfort blankets, seaside, sand dunes, The Racecourse Inn, strawberry picking, swimming, car boot sales, red Toyota, Beefeater birthday party, nice manners and nice things generally, big ice creams, powder-puffs, make-up, perfume, walnuts, patchwork and chatting, lots of chatting. Thank you for giving us these wonderful memories. Love Nennie & Wo-Wo xx
